All our courses require broadband Internet access (Min of 1mb recommended) and participants need to be familiar with using the internet, downloading and installing software.

Description:This course explores practical uses of technology in the classroom. These include digital photography, management & editing of digital resources, digital storytelling, multimedia presentations, web technologies and classroom publishing.

12. ICT and Special Education Needs in the Primary Classroom

Description:This course will explore the effective use of technology for students with SEN. A range of hardware and software options will be explored but emphasis is placed on using technology to support the curriculum or the individual education plan of the pupil

Description:This course will explore the effective use of technology for students with more significant SEN and students in special school and units. These students include those with significant GLD, physical disability, multiple disability and autism.

14. A Step by Step Guide to eLearning Planning

Description:This course, written with ICT coordination teachers in mind, will assist schools to develop concrete action plans and strategies to integrate ICT into learning and teaching across the curriculum. The course will introduce participants with a range of tools and processes to assist them in developing and implementing an effective e-learning for their school.
