Colm Ó hAnluain is working in Scoil Náisiúnta Leamhach, a 3 teacher school, in Thurles, County Tipperary.

He is currently on secondment to the Primary Curriculum Support Programme, where he has facilitated the SESE: Science, Geography and  Music In Service Professional Development Seminars and has worked as a Cuiditheoir supporting schools with the  development and implementation of SESE Science. He also worked with the National Centre for Technology in Education (NCTE) as a tutor and at the Centre of Education for Talented Children, Dublin City University as a Visual Arts Tutor.

He has designed, organised and facilitated a number of evening and summer courses in the areas of Social, Environmental & Scientific Education (SESE), ICT and Music for Tralee , Limerick , Laois, Cork  and Kildare Education Centres.

Colm is also interested in international cinema and founded a cinema in his village in Cloughjordan, Co Tipperary www.cloughjordancineclub.com

Aside from all of of that his main passion in life is motorbikes, especially BMW Boxers. He currently drives a 25 year old R100Rs BMW Classic which he restored over a number of years and on which he drives across the continent  frequently.
