is suitable for the Junior Certificate Home Economics Curriculum
and the target audience is second year students. It focuses on Fish
from the Food Studies perspective of the course as well as providing
some interesting and simple recipes for the Culinary Skills Tasks.
It is based on a webquest structure and all the links for the module
are provided together with and evaluation rubric.
