The intended audience for this software are Primary school children in Second and Third Classes, who are starting off on the topic of Measures with a focus on Length, Capacity or Weight.

The curriculum statement for the learning objectives entailed, is as follows; “Weight • the child should be enabled to estimate, compare, measure and record the weight of a wide variety of objects using appropriate metric units (kg, g) • solve and complete practical tasks and problems Length • The child should be enabled to estimate, compare, measure and record lengths of a wide variety of objects using appropriate metric units (m, cm) • solve and complete practical tasks and problems Capacity • The child should be enabled to estimate, compare, measure and record the capacity of a wide variety of objects using appropriate metric units (l, ml) • solve and complete practical tasks and problems”

Aidan Brady is main stream class teacher at St. Joseph's N.S., Dundalk. He has a particular interest in the integration of ICT with the Primary Math's Curriculum. Aidan has completed a Graduate Diploma in ICT in Education at the University of Limerick and is the final stages of completing an M.A. in Digital Media in Education.
