​A series of exercises and activities to introduce and reinforce the vocabulary associated with Laethanta Saoire. This unit presents many of the exercises that occur in the Juinior Certificate examination. The student is presented with vocabulary associated with the topic of Laethanta Saoire. Having become familiar with the vocabulary the student is presented with a series of exercises and activities to complete. The student gains valuable practice and experience of the types of exercises presented at Junior Certificate level. This website is not intended as a “stand-alone” tool for teaching the topic of “Music” but rather as a supplementary resource to the traditional “chalk and talk” method. The advantage of using an online resource for teaching is that it provides variety, interactivity and challenge for the student.
